What is the name of your state?Ohio
I recently visited an attorney concerning my 15 year old sons out of control behavior and his language and how he is being left in charge of my 10 year old daughter. My ex has custody. My attorney sent my ex a letter voicing our concerns, and a plan to seee if the problem could be resolved. I contacted my attorney and was told that my attorney was on vacation, but the secretary new that the letter had been mailed. My ex says he never recieved the letter. Guess who gets the mail everyday! Being that my attorney wont be back until the 19th, I am curious if there is anything legally before the 19th that I can do?
