Father has called his son to speak with him the first time bio mom told father that it was a not a good idea to talk with father. bio mom stated to father that if son was to speak with him that she would monitor the call and anything that was said to upset the son she would hang up the phone,
that is the first situation

second, father was told today that son does not want to come to visit (this is the weekend that he is supposed to come here)

third: father notified his lawyer that mother has not kept to the custody agreement of having son come every other weekend (contempt of court)
was exactly happens when there is contempt of court changes made?

once the court is notified of the failing to keep to the visitation schedule will something be done to "fix this situation" fix meaning see what really is in the best interest of the child.

when the son lived with us he was never denied access to his mother.

When your husband files this and it goes to court, I'm sure that BM will let the court know of his termination of employment due to his child and animal porn addiction that he was jonseing for at work.

He's opening a Pandora's Box and all will know his past. If he is ready to handle that, then by all means, he should give it a go. However, he should be prepared for the worst.

We are only going by what you have said in previous posts. If that info was incorrect, then it was strictly your fault.

The fact remains that your hubby's employer saw it fit to have him terminated due to this activity. Mom will bring this up in court as is her right. I am sure that if the roles were reversed and mom or her husband were being fired from jobs for viewing inappropriate material of a sexual nature, there would be no hesitation at your house, to have supervised visits for mom.

If there is really nothing to hide, take this to court. Dad will have nothing to lose.

I have only cited the facts you have given, that your husband has been terminated from his job at the college and also his military job because of porn. Yes it will become an issue.

the university to this date cant look into the files that they claim to be child porn as well as the military they cant see the pics either, so hubby was wrongfully terminated, we are appealing those decisions as well.

there is another post in this forum regarding porn, unless porn has become against the law than someone should tell the rest of the united states
