If someone would be kind enough to translate this into English, I might be able to offer some advice (beyond "RIF").

Let me take a stab at the translation, I minored in Ebonics.

16 year old son crashed Mom’s car with no license or registration. Kid has a prior and is on probation for either burglary or trespassing. Poster wants to know if she will be held responsible.

Can you translate this back to the OP then:

"If that is the case, then you will likely be liable for the damages caused by your failure to properly secure your car keys away from your son, whom you knew had been in trouble before and had a propensity to commit crime. However, being that no one is going to want your trailer anyway, as a practical matter, since I'm absolutely sure you didn't have insurance at the time, you're probably "judgment proof" and have nothing to worry about."

Thanks.

"he is also on probation for beaking in a house for to keep the bugs off him and friends while they was drinking."

Now that is the story I want to hear about!
