my son's father was killed in an auto accident june 24th.
he was driving his girlfriends car with a suspended lic.
the girlfriend was ticketed for this. does my son have the right to press charges or file a civil suit against this women for letting this happen?

Contact a local personal injury attorney to see if there's any chance for a "Wrongful Death" action on behalf of your child, based upon her "Negligent Entrustment" of the vehicle to him.

It's a long shot.
