Just found out my very soon-to-be ex is has been dating the paralegal in his attorney's office.
I really don't feel like having to face them together on trial day and feel this is totally unappropriate and want to have my attorney request that she be forbidden to be there (even though she would normally be there on court days). I am not sure if his attorney knows of their "relationship" or not.
I was just wondering how others would feel about this. How do you think most judges would feel about this. Do you think his attorney would honor this request? Should he have to, or am I being too sensitive? Isn't this somewhat "cruel and unusual punishment?" HELP!
