I am a member of Yahoo Groups.

One of the clubs is a place where fans can talk about a particular TV star, and other relating issues.

Several people post items that are classified as TOT or OT (Off Topic or Totally Off Topic). These may be personal issues of interest or posts about a sick friend or relative.

I am strongly Pro-Life and was delighted when CBN e-mailed a petition to me, for me to sign. I was invited to bring in as many people as possible to also sign it, that is, those who are interested.

I posted a TOT message, about this petition. It was classified by the site administrator as SPAM, and I was asked to not post it there.

I'd like to know if this violates my rights to freedom of speech. Nothing in that post was vulger or indecent. I did include that anyone who was offended by pro-life activities should by-pass the message. I can only derive that any offense would come by one's personal prejudice to pro-choice.

If my rights were violated, what are my options? I don't want to sue anyone, but I would like to send a strong message to the site administrator in hopes of securing free posting for myself and others in the future.

You're information will be valued.
