What is the name of your state? CA

My husband filed a Motion to Reopen his BK 7 back in December 2007 since we forgot to file Form 23. The motion was 'granted' on Jan 3 2008. The judge accepted the Certificate of Completion and Form 23 that we completed, it was entered Jan 7 2008. On February 3 2008 a creditor submitted a "Request For Notice - Pursuant to BK Rule 2002 And 9010" The requested that all notices given or required to be given in the case; and all pleadings and corresponding served or required to be served in this case regarding the requesting creditor.

What does all this mean? I though we should have received a discharge already. I looked up the case in Pacer but it shows no activity since receiving the "Special Request".
