I was driving on 285 through Sandy Springs when I was clocked at 99 in a 55 zone.
I know that 24+MPH over is a suspension before you're 21.
Only other item on my record is a Following too Closely a little over a year ago.
I need my license to go to work and to attend my enthusiastic sobriety rehab group.
Is there anything I can do here?
1) Does Nolo apply?
2) Do you think there's a possibility for me to accept a plea deal for probation and community service and sorts even at 44MPH over?
3) How long could I potentially lose my license for?
4) Should I get a lawyer? I'm not trying to fight the ticket, just minimize the amount of time I will lose my license.

If there's anything else you think can help me, please let me know.
Thanks in advance for the advice! :)

You in a heapa trouble.

Nolo will not help. You're under 21, you are going to be charged with something that is at least 4 points. You will be suspended for six months. You won't be eligible for a restricited license. You will then have to jump through hoops to get a new license.

A lawyer might be able to help. You're going to have to find your own way to your temperance society meetings. Maybe one of the other enthusiasts can give you a lift.
