What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I came here under a fiance visa and I already got married in January. Since my wife is now without a job and my salary alone is not enough to support us, I was wondering, if she files for unemployment until she gets a new job (could be weeks or maybe a month), since she is my only sponsor, will that cause a problem with my immigration?

Thanks

Congratulations on your marriage.
Unemployment Insurance is not a means-tested benefit, it is an insurance policy her employer paid on her behalf. It is valid income for the I-864 Affidavit of Support (although it does not need to be recorded if you choose).
Happy job hunting to her, but no fear of filing for her benefits.
