My Fiance, my 2 kids & I travel to US a lot to visit family & friends. Recently my fiance was offered a job by US employer and he would love to take it. Is he able to get permission to work in US if he has a job to go to, and since we will be married in the next few weeks we will be able to come with him and stay in US legally. Obviously he would not take the job if we could not all live here together. I've heard about sponsorships and wondered what the requirements were, especially about newlyweds and the children - which by the way are my children not his. We have to be married 2 years before he is able to adopt them legally. Would this prevent a family sponsorship. Thanks for all replies.
