Hello, I am starting an adult website and I would like to use the name of a movie that was popular in the 80s and change one word out of four. The site would NOT be related to that theme at all, just the name. I have seen several adult film names that are direct spoofs on movies, but I dont have money for lawyers and just wanted to check on the legality of this. Thanks for any help.

Based solely on what you've written, what you are planning to do is probably okay. Doesn't mean that you won't get sued, but in general, titles to books or movies cannot be copyrighted, this is more likely to be a trademark issue, and again, based solely on what you've written, is probably nothing to worry about.
