Nissan dealer approved for me to get a car loan on November 23rd 2018. First payment due on January 7,2018 I get a letter saying that the loan was not approved. What are my rights?

You need to contact the dealer, most likely they will be submitting the loan application to another lender, but its possible that you would have to return the vehicle.
