Spousal Abandonment

I dont know if I am doing this right but I have been disabled for 8yrs due to a back injury I have been married for 11yrs. for the past 2 1/2 yrs my husband has stopped being intimate at first I thought it was due to my weight gain from my meds and when I asked him what was wrong he said nothing. I told him it has to be something men dont go that long then I asked is it another woman and he adimattly said NO. For the past 3 weeks he claims we both have been unhappy for a few yrs and I told him dont speak for me that I loved him and wanted to work on the issues I even went an started going to a marriage counsler but he refused to go. Then Friday morning he woke and did his thing kissed me goodbye and left for work not more than 15 min passed and I received a text telling me he was leaving and his attorney would contact me. Then when I went to go to the store I found out he cleaned out the joint bank account he left me 15$ and took the rest which part of it was my SSI check that was just deposited. I have tried calling him and texting and he is not responding to anything I send . Its like I do not exist. To say I am distraught is mild. I need to find out what if any legal recourse I have PLEASE HELP !.
