What is the name of your state?

I live in PA. My husband and I are still married but going through some trying times. But every time he gets on the phone or sends out an email he is saying all kinds of dirty things about me. He tells every thing about what I am doing or have done or will do, most of which is untrue. He is also telling everyone about my illness. Some of these people I know some I don't. And he makes so many calls to several people around the globe and also sends emails. He has talked of a divorce and getting remarried but he does not want the blame to be on him so he is trying to prepare every ones mind in case we divorce to give the impression that it is not his fault because it is me who was bad. I dont mind all of that but I need for him to stop spreading stories about me. And especially what I am sick of. I have access to his emails(he does not know this) and I have also walked in on a number of phone calls he is making. There are also letters he has written which I have in which he is talking all kinds of bad things about me. Is this slander and what can I do to make him stop? I need to know what I can do in this situation.
Thanks wise

Because I am a christian and thought we could work things out. By the way he is a minister.

What does being a minister have to do with it? Being a minister does not endow them with any special qualities or any exemption from being human. They're just as imperfect as the rest of us.

Nor does being a Christian require you to stay in a marriage that is clearly not working.

You are both right. And I am considering all options at this point. But back to my original question. Is there a way to stop his libelious ways even as I consider my options. That is my question for right now.
