I live in Nevada--I am 62 years old female. I am married to a practicing sex addict and he has abused me emotionally for 37 years. I have worked 2 and 3 jobs at a time over the years to support my children. Now I am physically unable to work due to all the stress I have had to live with
He has moved out 2 weeks ago. I want a divorce so I can move back to OKC to be with my family. He makes around $44,000 a year but are deep in debt due to his addiction. How much support can I ask for we have no property all the household items I bought with my inheritance money. He has over $8,000 in tools that I mostly paid for--He has 401K. When we married he had nothing--to bring to the marriage. I supported him for years. Is there other charges I can bring against him due to the abuse I have suffered and he did not tell me he was a sex addict when I married him.
