I also was injured in an accident (rear-ended) by a big F250 4X4
I had a severe sprained ankle,along with whip lash, backpain,head aches ,stress, lost my job, and my whole life turned upsidedown! myprofession requires me to stand on my feet for 9 hrs. it has been 4 months (on my 3d vac day) since my accd, my ankle is still very weak ,easy to get reinjured(and has because of) i have been fighting for my unempl. ins. no luck so far (at will state) any suggestions???

This could be bad for you. You need to go get test done on your back more then just an MRI other test it could be just that your back was smacked around but you never no. Sorry to say but your injurys probably wont get you much if anything at all. really most laws go by how bad you where injured and what kind of treatment you have had and are having and they go by your medical records. Hire a PI if you want that is what I would do and see what he tells you. A sprained ankle has nothing on other injuries. So you may get soem money but not as much as a broken bone the reason is people can say anything is wrong with them but with out the test and a doctor saying this is what is wrong you have nothing to go on to the ins company. Anyone can say they have a sprained ankle or they have a head ack and the back hurts. Then when this stuff really does happen to someone they get messed around and scrwed out of money. go see a Orthopedic Surgeon not just any normal doctor and get a PI. If your anle has ben giving you trouble then that can be bad news so go get your self checked out then when you find out what is wrong and what to do about it your lawyer cand make the right choice for you.
