WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS IN SPRAYING INSECTICIDES ON PLANTS ON MY PROPERTY AND AN ADJACENT NEIGHBOR'S RIGHTS IN OBJECTING TO THE TEMPORARY ODOR COMING FROM THE SPRAYING?
I SPRAY MY PLANTS 2 TIMES A MONTH DURING THE SUMMER. I LIVE IN ILLINOIS.

What are you spraying with? Eau de skunque? :) You're fine. It's unreasonable for neighbor to expect the world to avoid causing any scents he finds offensive. If he wants that much control over what he smells, he should move to 80 acres.
