I have lived in this House for over 16 Years, I have maintained it,,,I have not seen the Landlord for more than Five years,,,,Landlord died 2 months ago,, New owners want to evict me,,,,Help!!

The new owners are the owners. It is now their property.

What makes you think that you are entitled to continue living there, if the new owners want it back?

Now you can offer to buy the house you so dearly invested your life in...RIGHT?
