My husband was on disability for 16 years due to MVA. In 1997 he was removed. His physical condition has not improved nor will it. He used a legal services attorney to protest, but was unsuccessful. He has not been able to get work, nor insurance. No work, no money for attorney, or medical help. This is a very brief summary, but would be much too long to detail here. Can you give us some suggestions or ideas? Please feel free to ask for any more info. or anything else that could help to give you any idea of our situation. He is now 48 yrs old, much difficulty in walking other than short distances, and has seizure disorder.

We are desperate and will appreciate any info anyone can provide

thanks.........Cham

Cham,
I would suggest contacting the state and federal health and welfare agencies to determine what benefits you may be able to qualify for.

Was your husband on Social Security Disability?
If so, did he get his case appealed up through an Adminisrative Law Judge?
