I was offered a hardship from the creditors lawyer because I'm on ssdi. What kind of offer can I expect on a 20g debt? Also does being on permanent disability with a chronic disorder account for anything? Note: The creditor has a judgement against me.

Don't forget, SSDI can only be attached for certain Government debts; it cannot be attached by regular creditors.

Correct, therefore the creditor cannot collect the judgment against you at all without your cooperation.
