What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GEORGIA
Hi, my question is....can a person be on SSI Disabilaty and legally begin working a construction job building scaffolding on a new school being built ? This can't be legal**************... can it ?

It could be ,depending.

If SSI is aware of it and whatever terms they are working under ,yes it's possibly legal.
