SSI Qualifications and PASS

Greetings,

I was recently diagnosed with Pulmonary Embolism (blood clots in my lungs) I am being treated for the disease and will eventually fully recover. In reading the medical condition qualifiers on SSA's web site, it would appear that my condition would automatically qualify. If this is true, can I go back to work and use the PASS program?
