What is the name of your state Texas

So here I am posting once again, hopefully it will be helpful again.

I filed a SAPCR because my exwife wants to move 4.5 hours away, and I did this because I cannot afford to drive over there or even half way to pick them up for visitation. I requested that she be responsible to the transportation to and from here being that its putting a burden on me that she's moving. So the judge signed an order to appear to respond to a temporary injunctive order and "determine if Respondent should be prohibited from changing the childrens residence more than 60 miles this county." anyhow she was served the suit last week. There was a standing order attached stating that there shall be no disruption of the children etc etc while the suit is pending. However my daughter told me this last weekend that they had moved already and she had enrolled in school in the new city. Also my ex's husband told my wife that we had to meet half way (to their new place) to pick them up for visitation, which is not in any order from the court. Is she breaking the law by not abiding by the standing order and denial of visitation(which by the way has already been held in contempt by 18 denials?)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
