MY IMMEDIATE BOSS HAS BUILT A CASE AGAINST ME BE/C SHE IS JEALOUS OF MY ABILITIES. HIRED AS A RECEPTION, JOB STARTED OFF WELL UNTIL THE 2ND MONTH WHEN MY BOSS BEGAN ASKING PERSONAL INAPPROPRIATE QUESTION LIKE AM PREGNANT AND DOES MY BOYFRIEND WORK. I QUIT BEING OVERLY SOCIABLE WITH HER, AND JUST DUG INTO WORK. SHE HAS SINCE GAINED SUPPORT FORM OTHER COWORKERS TO HAVE A MOBBING CAMPAIGN AGAINST ME. I HAVE RECEIVED HARASSING EMAILS THAT I WOULD NOT RESPOND TO FOR MONTHS ATTACKING MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. HAVE ALSO BEEN TAPPED ON THE BACKSIDE AND SCREAMED UPON BY OTHER COWORKERS. I HAVE HEARD MANY COMMENTS ABOUT MY CHARACTER CIRCULATING AND THEY ARE FALSE. MOST RECENTLY, I WAS AMBUSHED IN A MEETING WITH MY BOSS AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE SMALL OFFICE. WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GETTING A WRITTEN
WARNING FOR TARDINESS AND THAT I WAS BEING RUDE AND NASTY TO COWORKERS. WHEN I OFFERED MY SIDE, IT WAS SAID THAT I WAS LYING AND HAD MISINTERPRETED ACTIONS. NOW THE WRITTEN WAS DOWNGRADED TO A VERBAL BUT SHOULD BE WIPED AWAY BE/C I SIGNED OFF ON A NEW ATTENDANCE POLICY WHICH DID NOT SPELL OUT TARDINESS SPECIFICS. THE POLICY WAS REVISED A WEEK BEFORE THE MEETING WAS CALLED AND WAS DONE SO FOR ME SO SHE COULD WRITE ME UP. I BROUGHT TO ATTENTION OF UPPER MANAGEMENT. THE PRESIDENT IS NOW THREATENING MY JOB SAYING HE IS GOING TO GET RID OF POSITION (IMPOSSIBLE) AND TODAY HE SAID I NEED TO REEVALUATE MY POSITION AT THE CO. BECAUSE I REQUESTED PERSONNEL FILE AND THE DATES ON ATTENDANCE LOG ARE INCORRECT/ MALISCIOUS FALSEHOOD. DO I HAVE A STRONG CASE FOR CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE? ALSO, CAN PROVE MY WORK PERFORMANCE IS TOP NOTCH VIA EMAILS. REQUESTED PERSONNEL FILE AND WASN'T GIVEN TO ME. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS. CAN I SUE THIS COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTIVE DISCHARGE, HARASSMENT ETC?

I'm not even going to attempt to read that. Please edit your post and don't use all caps. That is considered shouting on the Internet and makes your posts nearly impossible to read.

Evern without reading the post for the reason already mentioned, it is not in the best interest of an employer to treat "star" employees poorly.

It occurs to me to be astonished at how many of the posters who come here were star employees who always gave 110% and who had perfect reviews and who never had any writeups.

Call me cynical but just once I'd like to hear the employers' side of these stories.
