I am Canadian citizen and take TN-1 status under NAFTA work in CA. I do have SSN. But my wife take TD(TN dependent) and neither eligible to get a SSN nor take any employment offer.
So, she want to start her own business to selling some small goods by rent a small space in a shopping mall. Is that to rent a space in shopping mall must be incorperated? If so, can she register using ITIN(Individual Tax Identification Number).
Any advice appreciated,
