My friend and I have been planning a business for the last few years, we have everything worked out and the required paperwork filled out and ready to be submitted to the TTB. We do not plan to distill alcohol, we have a supplier who will be providing us with 190 proof liquor that needs diluted and packaged. Is it possible to start this company now at the age of 20, or do we have to wait until we are 21 for legal purposes? Thank you
