What is the name of your state? Ohio

What is the range one have to spend to start a mutual fund, taking into account lawyer's fees, SEC filing fees, due diligence, etc.?

Also, is it acceptable to accept startup capital from others in the form of a loan or even capital in return for warrants or rights?

If one were to start their own mutual fund, what is the smallest amount of the holdings required? I heard $100,000, but am unsure.

Anyone?

A: A million dollars expenses should be enough to get you started.
