Thank you so much for your prompt and informative reply to my question. This information will indeed help me and give me a place to start. I do have a little ground work already established in the fact that, our group does have our name and we are registered with the federal trademark office, we also have our federal tax I.D. number. Now we can go further and it is because you took the time to be helpful and considerate.
