I live in Illinois, and a few friends and I would like to start our own motorcycle riding club. We are having problems trying to find out how to register our club name. Can we go under Non-for profit? Should we even be looking at registering as a business? Can we just register as a club ? Can we get our club logo registered? Who would we talk to about this? Any help would be very much appreciated.
