First of all this is for my mother in law. She is looking to start a small home business. She has clients already lining up. She wants to do this the cheapest, & easiest way. She needs a loan, and a business licence. Where should she go to get these things?
Are there any laws or certain contracts she should have? She is totally new at this, and I have never done anything like this before and she came to me for advice, so I turn to.

Thanks for all help

sorry

My bad. Maybe there was confusion because I made a mistake and wrote an imcomplete sentence. I meant to say, "..so I turn to you."
IAAL,
You are so smart. (I am not big on reality T.V. but I did watch a few Big Brothers this time around. You remind me of the evil doctor, Will. Not that you lie, but you are too self confidant.) You are not perfect, and to expect perfection from anyone else is wrong. Dare I say it is even mean. You know the law inside and out. If I had time to go to a bookstore and look it up I would. If my mother in law had money she would go. However seeing how she has been out of work for a week, and wasn't paid in full at minimum wage for the last 3 months she did work she can't afford it. I would give her money to get a book, but I am not a rich man either I am getting by, be it by the skin of my teeth. maybe you could share some of your legal expertise, and save your condisending remarks for people who want to hear them. Obviously your clients love them as the pay to hear them, but I don't. I came soley for legal advice. You don't have to give it to me. That is your choice. I am asking for respect, every person has a right to demand respect, and that is what I demand, and nothing else. Give you advice or keep it to yourself, I am sick and tierd of your rude, condisending comments.
