Myself and 2 family members are in the proces of starting an online "fanclub" for a famous retired sports star - he being one of the above family memebers. We are planning on charging a 1 time membership fee that gives the following:
- personalized autographed photo
- membership to the fanclub which gives entry into a members only chat room. In the chat room, the sports celebrity will chat with the members 2 times per week for 2 hours. We are also looking into possibly selling autographs and t-shirts as well.
All profits would be split equally between the 3 family members. What are the legal considerations here? Please advise.
