What is the name of your state? SC(currently), NJ(residency)

Hi everyone I have decided that I would like to try my hand in the development of websites to make some income. I have a few ideas that are very good and I've been reading up on how to make and create income using websites but I still don't feel real comfortable. Therefore I met a few people on an internet forum and i asked if anyone would be interested in doing a few projects with me and that I would supply ideas and take care of contacts and they would be responsivle for creating the website and help make income with advertising, SEo, all that other stuff. I had a few offers and I want to take them up on it but the problems are:

1. I don't really want to share these ideas with them unless I have something written saying that they will not reveal any information to any other parties and some other terms I would have if things didnt work out(such as the websitte would be owned by me and not them blah blah). Sort of like a non disclosure agreement and some other contract terms. Would it be safe to do this over the internet and have them sign (this is a person, not a company) or should I be getting it in ink and also is it okay if I write the contract and not a professional.. yes I understand that mine would not be near as well done but I can't afford to have it done by a professional.

2. These webdesigners are not real experienced but they have some knowledge and I'm willing to work with them because they will do the work for a cut of the profits. SInce I am the one with the idea what would be a good % ratio?

any advice wuold be great thanks alot.
