can the following statement be enforceable in a two year lease agreement with option to purchase real estate in the sate of florida? "...if the tenant/buyer is late with three consecutive payments, it shall be lawful for the landlord/seller to enter into said property and again have, repossess, and enjoy the same...." with this statement in the lease purchase contract, can landlord/seller demand payment of the rent or possession of the premises within three days from the date of deliver of notice if tenant/buyer fails to pay rent within the three month grace period?

That sounds VERY ILLEGAL to me....... the landlord should immediately start legal evcition proceedings in court if you are late 3 times with you monthly paymnet....

Where do you get the idea there is a 3 month grace period?
Thats not what it says, you just have to be LATE with your payment, 3 times for him to evict!

So It is ILLEGAL for the landlord to reposess lock out, throw out any of your stuff without a court order....

SO if he tries anything stupid...call the police on him
