What is the name of your state? TN OR AR

Well im not really sure what state im a resident of. I moved in the middle of my senior year from TN to AR. I enrolled in high school and have a job. But i am returning to TN in June to start college and work. I still have a TN state drivers license and a permanent address. So i have a couple of questions:

Which State am i currently legally a resident of?
Could my college charge out of state tuition?
Am I eligible for TN state grants?

Residency

If you leave your domicile of Tn for purposes of attending school in AK,you have not changed your domicile. It would be better if you had other evidence of domicile in TN, such as being registered to vote and vehicle registration. However, you could probably get by as a state resident, and if challenged, you just have to do an appeal with the college, and that would get into more issues, such as whether you intended to reside permanently in Tennessee, and how that intent is shown.
