What is the name of your state? south carolina

in our original petition we had said that we wanted to reaffirm our vehicle. since then we have decided not to reaffirm it. do we have to do an amendment of the statement of intentions to let the court know we have changed our mind or just leave it like it is

The Trustee will likely ask you if anything has changed since you filed, and you can tell him/her that you do NOT intend to reaffirm. You may or may not have to file an amended statement of intentions.
