What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I registered a trademark and was granted a Notice of Allowance (NOA), pending my submission of a Statement of Use (SOU). I'm wondering if my use of the trademark will fit within the guidelines of acceptable use to complete registration and have my certificate finalized and issued?

Brief details...

1.
"TRADEMARK" filing description is "Operating an online web site offering Home Improvement and DIY products, and related instructional materials.

2.
Ultimately, the trademark represents the parent company "TRADEMARK, LLC" that has built and operates "http://...website(dot)com," which indeed markets products and instructional materials as described in the TRADEMARK filing.

3.
In the footer of the "http://...website(dot)com" pages is the text:
"A TRADEMARK Home Improvement, DIY and Building Crafts site. Copyright ©2018 Trademark, LLC, All Rights Reserved."
