A GRANT DEED, SIGHNED AND NOTIERIZED IN APRIL OF 1999, BUT HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED YET? THE PRIVIOUS DEED HOLDER IS
STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOAN, SO DO I HAVE TO
REFINANCE A NEW LOAN IN THE NEW DEED HOLDERS NAME? HOW DOES THAT PROCESS WORK IF SO? CAN YOU STILL FILE FOR THE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP WITH THE MORTGAGE IN THE PREVIOUS OWNEWRS NAME, AND LOAN RESPONSIBILITY? CALIFORNIA LAWS.
