Is there a statue of limatations on seeking medical treatment after an auto accident. Its been 2 weeks and pain persist.
Have not settled any thing with insureance as they are dragging thier feet. State of Georgia.

My response:

There is no S.O.L., per se, on obtaining medical treatments. However, the longer you wait, and with each passing day that you fail to obtain the medical treatment you need, the value of your case drops dramatically. I would run, not walk, to the nearest personal injury attorney, sign up, and get this thing going.
