What is the name of your state? CA
My Sister got a collection letter from a repossessed car from 11 yrs ago. She did not know she still owed on the car. What is the statue of limitations on this in that state. She has since moved to TX.

Four years from the last date of payment. Tell the collection agency to go piss off.
