What is the name of your state? MD...is there a statue of limitations on divorce? I had a horrible lawyer that did nothing but charge me a fortune. I finally had enough and signed everything over to my ex in order to get a finallized divorce. Can I go back to court now with a competant lawyer and try to get what i am entitled to after a 18 year marriage?

Did you contest the divorce? It doesn't seem it from your post.

It seems like you agreed to a settlement and later you didn't like it.

Sorry...you're stuck with the deal you agreed to.

Even if 1) I signed the house over because my ex threatening to not let me see my kids if I didn't and 2) the lawyer that I had did nothing at all?
