What is the name of your state? Texas
What is the Statue of limitations for filing sexual harassment charges ?
Hope I stated that correctly.

180 days from the date of the last occurrence. You have to file with the EEOC or your state human rights commission first. You can't just get a lawyer and go right to court. Also, the EEOC and probably your state commission will frown on the cliam unless you have exhausted whatever internal mechanisms are available to you.

If you post more details, I may be able to better direct you.

In addition to Suzie's correct response, I will add that IF you have already filed with the state, the EEOC will in some cases allow you to extend the time frame to file to 300 days after the last occurrence.

Statue of Limitations

Thanks to all for your expert advice.
Would love to elaborate but seems that time has run out and I only have the use of a computer here at the office.
I know from past experience as a witness for a Federal sexual harassment suite it is very difficult to win or survive such a suite. One can have all the proof with witnesses and still the law does not really apply to the corporate world.
Again, thanks
