In the state of Florida, is there a statue of limitations on violation of probation? If so what is it for that and for bad check?

Since I am only licensed in the state of California, I will only give that state's law or generally applicable law. For a Florida criminal defense lawyer in your area, check this web site. The bottom line answer to your question; I have no idea what those state's statute of limitations are. I am assuming that the charges in question are state charges. If they are federal charges the statute of limitations is different. Also, under some circumstances the statute of limitations is suspended. So check with a local lawyer for the best advice.
