Is there a statue of limitations in Ohio for grand theft?

Yes, there is one for every crime but murder in most states, but sometimes it can be "tolled" if people are out of state, etc. Also, if you were the subject of an indictment, sealed or otherwise, within the timeframe, that satisifes the statute of limitations, even if you didn't know about it.
