i was an selling agent for someone ( i have a notorized letter stating i was only the selling agent)in 1999 sold some items on ebay for him. he was the one shipping the items to the high bidder. he (the one who employed me) sent the high bidder an item that was not in as good of cond as the one pictured. i have tried to deal with this man i worked for but he wont even take my calls anymore. the buyer keeps calling me wanting me to pay him his money. i dont have the money to pay him. just needing to know what the statues of limitations is on an ebay contract.
