I am not a lawyer however my husband disapeared in May of '94. I have been trying to get a divorce from him ever since. Whenever I have found his location he has moved within a month. Every lawyer I have talked to has told me I can get a divorce through publication. I would have to run an ad in a paper for 60 or 90 days and then if he doesn't reply, the Judge will grant my divorce. I live in Texas, but he is somewhere in Michigan. Maybe your state has something similar.

Good luck, I know how frustrating it is
