What is the name of your state? Washington State

An old eye dr bill has reappeared and I am wondering what the statute is in Washington on a bill like this.

I never even saw a bill for years now it was turned to a collection agency......they must be deperate for money to have dug back this far . I didnt even know i owed them anything and thought it was paid but have no way to prove it so I guess I will have to pay along with all the interest they added.

Depending on the type of debt it is, the SOL can vary. However, this looks to fall under the sale of goods ans services. It's subject to the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code). It should be four years from the date of service or sale.
It may be longer if this was financed in some weird way, or was bound to a contractual obligation...
When was the service performed?
What's the name of the collection agency that has it now?

How long ago was the service provided ??

Medical services generally fall under the UCC for goods and services with an SOL of 4 years.

Written contracts in WA are for 6 years, even though medical services don't specifically fall here, some will argue that they do.
