What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

What is the statute of limitations on credit cards? I have a bill that supposedly was opened under my name in 2004 and went into collections on July 2005.

I have asked for verification from all the CA's and they just keep passing it on.

I was hoping the SOL was up so I could just tell them to pound sand.
