What are the statute of limitations to bring a motion to vacate a divorce by default judgment or at least to vacate a portion of the judgment pertaining to alimony?

Thanks!

The GENERAL answer is that the party who did not like the judgment in the lawsuit should appeal it.

I am curious as to how this is a default.

Do you mean you were served and just didn't show up?

I suppose you could file a motion to vacate a judgment in any lawsuit at any time.

What your chances of winning would be is something no one knows.
