Could anyone tell me if there is a Statute of Limitations on DUI in Washington state and if there is, how long is it and how does it work. And what happens if someone has an out-of-state drivers license and gets a DUI in Washington state.

I cant tell you what the SOL is...but I can tell you when your going through court for this and probation and license suspension you have to keep your home state and the state of Washington both in mind. Washington and your home state will have a suspension on your license, as well as both states will require and need to be informed about SR22's and you'll have to pay both states reinstatement fees to get your license back. Also keep in mind both states, they probably will have you suspended at different times too, so check with Dept of Trans/and licensing in both about this, because you dont want to be driving in your state be pulled over and arrested because the state of WA has you suspended and vica-versa.
