If a company signed an NDA with me regarding an idea I had (with a patent pending) in 10/88 and then filed for a patent on the same idea in 1991 and received a patent in 3/94, can I still take action? It was my NDA form from the State of Pennsylvania, the company’s U.S. headquarters in is California but the company overall is based in Japan. There was no term of expiration on the NDA.
